1. Purpose
This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased via the DMD Clothing & Co eCommerce platform. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and is applicable to all orders placed within the territory of India.
2. Serviceable Locations
DMD Clothing & Co currently ships products across all serviceable pincodes in India, as covered by our third-party logistics partners. International shipping is currently not available.
3. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Order processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and dispatch.
Delays may occur during high-demand periods, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery timelines range from 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the customer’s location.
Metropolitan and Tier-1 cities: 7–9 business days
Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns: 5–10 business days
Remote or rural locations may require additional time.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
DMD Clothing & Co may offer free shipping on select orders, subject to promotional campaigns, order value thresholds, or subscription programs.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier partner details will be shared via SMS/email.
Customers can track the delivery status using the tracking link provided.
7. Failed Deliveries / Re-attempts
A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made by the assigned logistics partner.
In case of customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery:
oThe order may be marked as "undeliverable" and returned to our warehouse.
oRe-delivery may be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges.
oFor prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and return logistics fees.
8. Undelivered / Lost Shipments
If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days from dispatch, please contact us immediately.
DMD Clothing & Co will coordinate with the logistics partner to trace the parcel and resolve the issue.
In case of confirmed loss or damage during transit, a replacement or full refund will be issued at our discretion.
9. Packaging
All products are packed with due care and hygiene standards.
Any signs of tampering, open packaging, or physical damage must be reported to the delivery executive at the time of delivery and immediately to our customer support team.
10. Change of Shipping Address
Requests to change the delivery address post-order placement can only be accepted before dispatch.
Address change requests after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
11. Force Majeure
DMD Clothing & Co shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or any force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the given address during delivery hours.
Retain the original packaging and invoice in case of returns or exchanges.
