1. Purpose


This Payment Policy ("Policy") governs the terms of payment for all purchases made on the DMD Clothing & Co eCommerce platform. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all customers purchasing products from our website.

2. Accepted Payment Methods


Customers may make payments using any of the following methods:
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
Debit Cards (Issued by major Indian banks)
Net Banking
Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – subject to availability and value limits
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options (subject to third-party approval, if applicable)
All transactions on www.dmdclothing.com are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Payment Security


DMD Clothing & Co uses secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to process all online payments. We do not store or retain customers’ full credit/debit card details or CVV numbers on our servers. All sensitive information is securely processed by third-party payment processors.

4. Order Confirmation


Orders are considered confirmed only upon successful payment authorization (except COD orders).
Customers will receive a system-generated confirmation email and/or SMS upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment failure, suspected fraud, or system error.

5. Payment Failures & Retry


In case of failed transactions, customers are advised to retry or contact their respective bank/payment provider.
DMD Clothing & Co shall not be held liable for payment delays or failures arising due to technical issues at the payment gateway or banking institution.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms


COD is available only for select pincodes and up to a maximum order value of ₹ 3000.00.
DMD Clothing & Co reserves the right to disable COD for any customer or address based on past order behavior or logistical feasibility.
Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in the suspension of the COD facility for that customer.

7. Pricing Errors & Corrections


While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur.
In case of incorrect pricing due to technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer an option to pay the corrected amount.
If a payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the refund will be initiated promptly in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Taxes and Charges


All product prices listed are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges such as delivery fees or COD charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

9. Fraudulent Transactions


We reserve the right to block or cancel orders if a fraudulent payment is suspected.
Legal action may be initiated in cases of fraudulent chargebacks, identity theft, or abuse of promotional offers.

10. Dispute Resolution


All payment-related disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Disputes will be handled by our customer support team in coordination with the payment gateway and issuing bank, as applicable.

11. Changes to Policy


DMD Clothing & Co reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
