1. Introduction


This Return and Exchange Policy ("Policy") governs the procedures and conditions under which customers may return or exchange products purchased through the website www.dmdclothing.com operated by DMD Clothing & Co ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange


2.1 Returns or exchanges are permitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2.3 The following categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Innerwear and undergarments.
Customized or personalized products.
Clearance or discounted items marked as "Final Sale".

3. Return and Exchange Procedure


3.1 To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must:
Email us at support@dmdclothing.company with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request".
Provide the order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting images if the product is damaged or defective.
3.2 Upon approval, the customer will receive return shipping instructions.
3.3 The returned item must be shipped back within 3 (three) business days of receiving the return instructions.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with this Policy.

4. Inspection and Approval


4.1 All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
4.2 The Company will notify the customer via email regarding the approval or rejection of the return/exchange based on inspection.

5. Refunds


5.1 If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
5.2 Shipping charges, COD fees, and any handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by the Company. 
5.3 In the case of prepaid orders, refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
5.4Online Payments: If you paid online, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
5.5Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD Payments:

-You will need to provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. The refund will be processed via NEFT or IMPS within 2–5 business days.
-For Partial COD Payments: If you do not accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the nominal amount you paid to confirm the order will be non-refundable.
-Store Credit Option: Customers may choose Store Credit or Cashback, where the equivalent amount—or even 10% more—will be credited to your account on our website for future use. This credit can be Used to purchase other French Crown products.
 

Please note: Shipping charges and premium packaging charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will only be initiated once the parcel is dispatched, delivered, and the reverse pickup process is completed.
 

No Refunds on Clearance Items: For products purchased with a discount of more than 50%, refunds are not applicable. However, you can proceed with an exchange for a different size, color, or product of equivalent value (subject to availability). This policy applies as these items are part of our clearance sale, offered at heavily discounted prices to clear inventory for new collections


6. Exchanges


6.1 Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. 
6.2 If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be initiated as per Clause 5. 
6.3 Only size exchanges for the same product are permitted.

7. Reverse Pickup and Shipping


7.1 We may offer reverse pickup services in select locations. In such cases, the customer must ensure the product is securely packed. 
7.2 In areas not serviceable by our courier partners, customers are required to self-ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. 
7.3 The Company is not liable for any loss or damage during self-shipping.

8. Legal Disclaimer
8.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 
8.2 Any disputes arising in relation to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. 
8.3 The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

PICKUP GUIDELINE POLICY

1. Purpose
This Pickup Guidelines Policy ("Policy") outlines the procedures and obligations related to return pickups for men’s apparel purchased through the DMD Clothing & Co eCommerce platform. This Policy forms an integral part of our Return & Refund Policy and is binding upon all users who initiate a return.

2. Definitions
Customer: Any individual or entity that has made a purchase through DMD Clothing & Co’s website.
Pickup Agent: A third-party logistics (3PL) representative authorized by DMD Clothing & Co to collect returned goods.
Eligible Return: Any item that qualifies for return under the DMD Clothing & Co Return & Refund Policy.

3. Return Pickup Eligibility
Pickup services for return or exchange are available only for:
Products eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
Pincodes covered by our logistics partners.
Products in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with tags and packaging intact.

 

4. Pickup Scheduling and Process
4.1 Initiation of Pickup:
The customer must initiate a return request through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
Upon verification, a pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 business days.
4.2 Customer Responsibilities:
The returned item must be packed securely using the original packaging, including tags, invoice, and any accessories.
The product must be handed over to the pickup agent in the same condition as received.
The customer must be available at the pickup address during the scheduled time.
4.3 Pickup Acknowledgment:
The pickup agent will provide a reference number or acknowledgment receipt upon successful collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to retain this acknowledgment until the return is fully processed.

5. Failed Pickup Attempts
A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
If the pickup fails due to the unavailability of the customer, incorrect address, or refusal to hand over the item, the return request shall be marked as cancelled.
The customer may be required to initiate a fresh return request, subject to approval.

6. Self-Shipping Option
If pickup service is unavailable in the customer's area, the customer may be required to self-ship the return item to the designated return address:

Reimbursement is issued in the form of store credit or direct refund, at the discretion of the Company.

7. Condition Check & Quality Control
All returned items are subject to a quality inspection at our warehouse.
If the product is found used, damaged, or missing components, the return will be rejected and returned back to the customer at their expense.

8. Liability Disclaimer
DMD Clothing & Co shall not be liable for any damage, theft, or loss during transit if the product is improperly packed by the customer.
Pickup timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, regional lockdowns, or public holidays.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Aurangabad, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
